Using the AHSA Payment Gateway & Paying Entries via Cheque
There has been a change to the 2018 Australian Arabian National Championships entry process that affects all payments. GST (10%) will be calculated on the total entries once all fees have been totalled on the entry form.
If paying electronically via credit/debit card on the AHSA Payment Gateway, please use page 5 of the Entry Form to calculate your Total Fees Owing. This figure will be entered into the Qty: box on the opening page of the AHSA Payment Gateway. Once View Cart has been clicked, the 10% GST will automatically calculated by the system and added to your total.
If paying via cheque, please use page 6 of the Entry Form to calculate your Total Fees Owing. You will need to manually calculate the 10% GST from the Subtotal, and add these two figures together to determine Total Fees Owing. This is the amount that should be included on the cheque submitted with your entries.
Payment plans may be utilised for either electronic (AHSA Payment Gateway) or cheque options. Please divide your Total Fees Owing into three (3) equal payments: from page 5 of your Entry Form if paying electronically and page 6 of your Entry Form if paying via cheque(s). If paying via the AHSA Payment Gateway, please allow the system to calculate the GST owing on each payment automatically. If paying by Cheque(s), the corresponding GST will need to be included with each partial payment.
A 'How To' guide to submit payment via the AHSA Payment Gateway can be accessed here:
If you have already submitted your entries prior to 06 December, you can expect a phone call and/or email from Katherine McMahon, the AANC Entry Secretary, to remedy any funds outstanding that may have resulted in our clerical error. Thank you for your patience and your understanding, and for your early & keen support of the 2018 Australian Arabian National Championships.
We look forward once again to welcoming the Australian Arabian Community for the continent's premier Arabian horse event in March at SIEC!
