Entries are now open for the Australian Arabian National Championships without penalty until 12 January 2018. Entries received after 12 January 2018 and before 15 February 2018 will be subjected to a 50% surcharge on all fees.
EARLY ENTRY INCENTIVE
In an effort to make processing of entries smooth and efficient and to provide further savings for exhibitors, and early entry incentive plan has been created. While all owner/exhibitors are subject to an Administration/Catalogue Fee of $50 per owner/exhibitor, that fee is able to be reduced to $25 per owner/exhibitor if entries & payment are submitted in full two (2) weeks prior to the close of entries. As an added incentive, the Admin/Catalogue fee can be waived for each owner/exhibitor if entries & payment are submitted in full four (4) weeks prior to the close of entries.

Prior to 15 December 2017 – eligible for $0 Admin/Catalogue Fee per owner/exhibitor
After 15 December but prior to 29 December 2017 - eligible for $25 Admin/Catalogue Fee per owner/exhibitor
After 29 December 2017 but prior to 12 January 2018 – full price $50 Admin/Catalogue Fee per owner/exhibitor payable
Electronic receipt of entries is preferable, either via email or fax. If sent via post, entries MUST BE postmarked on or prior to one of the above listed dates to be eligible to receive the incentive discount. Please submit all entries by mail to the address below, or via email to:

Entries MUST BE fully complete with all authorized signatures and all requested paperwork enclosed. Full payment, including the full proportional payment if a payment plan has been selected, must also be received with entries in order for the early entry incentive discount to be applied to an account.
A current copy of your AHSA membership will need to accompany all entries.
ALL EXHIBITORS MUST SIGN & SUBMIT THE CONSENT & RELEASE WITH ENTRIES.
Multi-Class Entry Incentive
Offered in all divisions and for all championship classes (except the Freestyle Ridden & Liberty Lip Sync Jackpots, as well as the Ultra & Versatility Challenges), the multi-class entry packages will benefit our versatile and athletically talented horses eligible to compete across disciplines and divisions. The multi-class entry packages are offered in groups of FIVE:
- ENTER FIVE - PAY FOR FOUR| For every FIVE championship classes entered, receive ONE entry fee FREE of charge.
- ENTER TEN - PAY FOR EIGHT | For every TEN championship classes entered, receive TWO entry fees FREE of charge.
- ENTER FIFTEEN - PAY FOR TWELVE | For every FIFTEEN championship classes entered, receive THREE entry fees FREE of charge.

Non-Pro Declarations DO NOT need to be submitted with entries. Please bring a current signed copy of your non-pro declaration for all exhibitors with you when you check in at the show office upon arrival. Please visit the AHSA website to download the Non-Pro Declaration.

Cheques may be submitted for full payment, plus any applicable stable bond and/or cabin key deposit, to Katherine McMahon at the above address. Cheques should be payable to: Arabian Horse Society of Australia LTD.
If paying by cheque, please be sure to use the page 6 of the Entry Form to calculate your fees and include 10% GST in your final payment.
